Treatment Plans (for GUILT only):
Kyriaki:
Suture all lacerations. Locate kyriakis, cut them and then laser them until you see "defeat". At the same time, suture all lacerations. Origin will appear after some time. Use same method like the others. But you will have to repeat it for a few times.
Deftera
Laser all the yellow and purple things. When the red GUILT and blue GUILT joins, drain until you see "ok". Continue for few more times. Use the scalpel and cut the whole GUILT and use forceps and take it away. Then, use the patch provided to paste on the wound and apply antibiotics and message it. At the same time, laser all the yellow and purple things.Repeat for the other area.
Triti
Use forceps and remove the thorns and use scalpel and cut it and use forceps to take it away. Try to remove the purple one first. During the process, do not grab it haphazardly. If you see a white mist, drain it before GUILT spreads. It will be defeated after every GUILT is gone.
Tetarti
Use the coloured medicine and inject in the respectively spots. Use the scalpel and cut it. Then, use the patch provided to paste on the wound and apply antibiotics and message it. Repeat for the other spots. Then, 3 different coloured GUILT will appear. Remember the colours and use the coloured medicine and inject in the respectively GUILT once it turns transparent. Repeat for a few times until "defeat".
Pempti
Inject the medicine to the GUILT until its core appears. Use the laser and laser the core and at the same time, its babies that it will produce. Remember to laser any polyp clusters and suture all lacerations. Repeat for a few times until "defeat".
Paraskevi
Use laser and laser the GUILT, it will freeze. Use scalpel and cut it. It will divide into two. Repeat it for a few times. After the GUILT cannot divide anymore, laser it again to freeze it and use forceps and take it away. Repeat for a few times until all divided GUILTs are gone. Savato
Use scalpel and cut all the webs. Ignore all the babies and lacerations. Repeat for a few times until the GUILT absorbs all the babies. (This is why you ignore the babies.) Spoilers (Trauma Center 2)
Trauma Center 2 will be a bit easier. It does not have Deftera, Triti, Paraskevi & Savato. Which is rather good news to noobs, bad news for pros. The other 4 GUILTs are Nous, Bythos, Sige & Aletheia (Boss). This 4 GUILTs are really easy to defeat.
However, the bad news for noobs and the good news for pro is the 3 other GUILTs, Kyriaki, Tetarti & Pempti is hard than Trauma Center 1. For Kyriaki, you need to extract the 2 pupa that the origin will produce. For Tetarti, there will be 5 different colours medicine (Purple, Green, Yellow & The new colours: Blue & Black.) For Pempti, the core will split into two and there will be two cores to defeat.
For Puzzles & others, there will only be 1 puzzle but it is harder than Trauma Center 1. The other one is opening a security lock. There will be 2 Healing Touch practices, instead of 1.
Overall, graphics and sounds are better and storylines are very easy to view again, unlike in Trauma Center 1, you need to restart from 1st operation to view whole story.
Chapter X will also continue after completing epilogue. Another good news for noobs is, you can switch form easy to normal to difficult mode to unlock the next operation if you get stuck in normal or difficult. =)
